What happens in the first session? 

1) we will go over informed consent and the nature of therapy services including privacy & confidentiality 

2) we will get to know one another and discuss the music that is meaningful to you


3) we will begin to determine some of your personal wellness goals to work towards in future sessions


How long are sessions? 

Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes in length depending on goals and focus. Typically we book a series of 10-12 sessions together and then discuss progress before determining next steps and if their is a continued need for therapy.
